As part of my employee engagement role, internal features such as this one represented a time when the corporate news team was seeking to publish stories that were uplifting and encouraging to our employee audience.
I led internal coverage of Boeing’s Invictus Games sponsorship, coordinating global input and approvals.
The communications plan boosted visibility, with four times more stories published than the previous year.
(This was one of my favorite stories to write! 🐶 🦮 🐾)
For the 70th OshKosh Air Show, I coordinated between the corporate news and sponsoring division’s Communications teams to create and publish internal content, doubling story output from the previous year.
As part of leading internal Invictus Games coverage, I highlighted leadership messages published periodically on the official blog in the lead-up to the event.
